Acushla, a word of Celtic origin that means “beat of my heart”, arose from the search for a unique expression that would translate all the emotion and passion of its founder for the extra virgin olive oil world. The implementation of this project allowed several generations of the same family to be united around organic farming. It is in the former Quinta do Prado, now Quinta Acushla, that thousands of olive trees in total respect for nature and in tune with a vast ecosystem, bees, birds and sheep and other living beings, produce the best fruit for the best olive oil.
Acushla Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A unique combination of monovarietal olive oils, in a classic and differentiating package.
Verdeal: Light fruity olive oil. Sweet starter with a mild bitterness and a little intense and late spiciness. Tomato, apple, cabbage and dried fruit notes.
Madural: Medium fruity olive oil. Sweet starter with a slight bitterness and spiciness. Notes of green grass, apple, cabbage and dried fruit.
Cobrançosa: Intense fruity olive oil with a sharp and persistent spiciness. Notes of herb and green leaves, apple, cabbage, green banana peel, green almond peel and dried fruit.
Peroxide Index: 15 mEq O2/kg
Conservation method: Store away from light and heat.
