Aromas with intense notes of herb, olive leaf and also clear aromas of tomatoes and artichokes (typical of green oils). Among the secondary aromas we find the green almond shell. The whole is a fresh oil rich in aromas. It pairs well with all types of salads, vegetables and legumes as it respects its mild flavor. Its use in low-fat meats is highly recommended as it provides a viscous texture.
