ed’o PURE is our most balanced and delicately sweet olive oil. This unique mildness comes from our carefully selected Arbequina olives, which are grown by the foothills of the Tarragona valley, where the climate is fresher in summer and milder in winter thanks to the gentle breeze of the Mediterranean sea which surrounds each fruit during its entire growing process.
This highly aromatic fruit turns into a perfectly balanced and smooth olive oil, with mild bitterness yet characteristic taste. Notes of green grass, nuts, tomato and banana. A very delicate extra virgin olive oil to be consumed raw with salads, soups, pasta, vegetables, white meat and fish.
