The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Stiffonte Monocultivar Correggiolo by Palazzo di Varignana is obtained exclusively from olives of Correggiolo, an ancient variety of Tuscan origin that has found a favorable environment for its cultivation in the Emilia Romagna too. It is a medium fruity olive oil, which is harvested in the middle of October. The processing of the olives in the mill takes place within 12 hours from harvesting.
