    Perfect for Moroccan cooking. Great flavor and the rind has a nice consistency

    These were wonderful quality. The packaging was good and it arrived quickly. Just what I needed for some Moroccan recipes. This is very strong flavor. These are not candied or sweet they are preserved. They are strongly flavored, salty and savory, and meant to be an addition of flavor.

    I like to make a Moroccan-inspired dish with slices of this lemon put over chicken pieces and then covered with this same company’s olives cooked over a low fire–I use a traditional tajine pot but any covered clay pot that can go over a low stovetop fire would work. I’ve tried other preserved lemons, but this is one of the two I’ve found that work best–best flavor.
