With a tradition dating back to 1958, the Jaén region has historically been the epicenter of global olive oil production, with years of experience in its cultivation.
Unique Varieties:
What makes Olivar de Quesada truly special are the native olive varieties Royal and Picual. These trees grow at altitudes ranging from 750 to 180 meters above sea level, receiving abundant sunlight and growing in soils characterized by their modesty.
This unique combination results in olive oil with low acidity (0.18º and 0.19º respectively) and a high content of polyphenols, exceeding 800/kg, when the standard is 425/kg.
