La Chinata’s ‘Regañas’ are salty, crispy tapas crackers made with wheat flour dough and their own Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Their origins date back to the times of the ‘Conquistadores’, who during their long voyages to the New World needed high-energy food, which was also resistant to moisture and time.
They are the perfect companion for cold meats, Russian salads, seafood, cheese, pâtés, etc. They are also great as croutons for soups, creams, gazpacho and purées, or on their own as a snack.
