Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states + DC) from our warehouse in Belmont, Massachusetts.
We do not ship to:
– Puerto Rico – Alaska – Hawaii – Guam – Northern Mariana Islands – American Samoa – U.S. Virgin Islands – APO/FPO/DPO addresses – International locations
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. If your order requires UPS shipping, please provide a physical street address.
Note: We are not responsible for packages forwarded to international reshippers after the initial delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
A flat shipping rate of $12.40 applies to all orders within the contiguous U.S. (48 states + DC).
Free shipping is available on orders over $100.00 within the contiguous U.S. (48 states + DC).
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays or major sales events).
Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
All orders receive a tracking number via email (UPS or USPS), regardless of the order amount.
A signature may be required for high-value or limited-availability items.
Shipping Process & Address Accuracy
We ship via USPS and UPS.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — incorrect addresses may cause delays or extra fees.
If a discrepancy is identified — such as a mismatch between billing and shipping addresses — we may contact you to confirm your order details. This verification process may cause a brief delay in processing or shipping.
To protect our customers, we may cancel and fully refund any order if we are unable to verify the shipping information.
If you need to correct an address, email [email protected] immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update it free of charge.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within one (1) business day of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of any damage to help us resolve the issue with the carrier.
By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge and accept this verification process as part of our efforts to safeguard your transactions.
We cannot guarantee special delivery instructions (such as leaving packages in specific locations, mailboxes, or unattended drop-offs).
All deliveries are handled by the carrier according to their standard procedures. By placing an order, you agree that delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Package Marked as Delivered
Stefan and Sons is not responsible for loss, theft, or mis-delivery once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier (USPS or UPS). This includes situations in which the customer states they did not receive the package.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, you must notify us within three (3) business days from the carrier’s delivery date so we can assist you in opening an official carrier investigation.
Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.
Please note that refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for orders that show as Delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information, as carrier insurance coverage is limited.
USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of insurance unless additional coverage was purchased at checkout. Additional insurance may be requested prior to shipment.
By placing an order with Stefan and Sons, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding delivery responsibility and carrier-reported delivery status.
Return & Refund Policy
A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all returns. Contact us before returning any item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Final sale items and products marked as sale are not eligible for return.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within one (1) business day after we receive and inspect the returned item.
