Our Visconti Extra Virgin Olive Oil Peranzana (100 ml) is produced with Peranzana variety olives, coming from a single territory, ours: the only one capable of producing them.
Peranzana is a typical cultivar of Alta Daunia and Torremaggiore; there are several legends regarding its origin. The most accredited one attributes its importation from the French province of Provence to Duke De Sangro, hence the name Peranzana.
The olives are harvested and processed on the same day to obtain an excellent product, strictly extracted cold.
Each bottle therefore encapsulates the entire history of this territory and a meticulously crafted work.
