About Acetaia Malpighi
Dating back to 1850, the fifth generation of the Malpighi Family still owns and operates the company to this day.
Their mission has always been to produce “real and genuine natural vinegar.” The grapes are grown in their own vineyard, absorbing the unique terroir of Modena, Italy.
The harvested grapes are then crushed and prepared right there on the family farm, going from earth to barrel to bottle, all in one place.
